How to Encourage Creativity? Learn How in our May 4th Webinar

MKTV is launching a new monthly webinar series geared for educators in Islamic Schools. Join us each month to for a short, interactive webinar conducted for educators by educators. Each 60 minute talk will include plug-n-play tips for your classroom, as well as time for Q & A. Topics are based on the interests of school educators from across the MKTV Platform. This month, our presenter is Omaira Alam, seasoned educator and consultant at BlackBoard/WhiteChalk Consulting. With a Master’s in Special Ed from George Washington, and experience with the US Department of State and Muhsen, she currently serves as an executive function coach for special needs students, as well as a lesson plan developer here at MKTV. Ms. Omaira will be discussing how to engage students’ creativity in the classroom, using Prophetic Pedagogy. She will provide several tips on how to encourage leadership, innovation, and problem-solving in the classroom.
